NI National Conference: Aaron Hurst

Wednesday, October 18, 2017

Aaron Hurst is the co- founder and the CEO of a company called Imperative. This company is the first online testing and learning system that allows people to uncover and apply what motivates them, and gives them reasons toward their work. Hurst is also the founder of the Taproot Foundation and is a catalyst for $15 billion pro bono service market. He is widely known as an entrepreneur who aims to help people with their goals and desires. Hurst has obtained the name the “Purpose Economist” from the public and his groundbreaking book, “The Purpose Economy,” that is top-rated on Amazon.

His accomplishments don’t stop there. Hurst was a graduate of one of the most prestigious schools in the country, the University of Michigan. As a result of all his hard efforts, he received the highest honor an alumnus can achieve. This is something he earned through his countless efforts spreading his message of Purpose, with the motto that the world will benefit today by establishing a community that will do what they love for a reason. Without this idea he feels that society is only progressing backwards.

Aaron Hurst is a man of many morals and dreams. He aims to make others feel welcome and happy with their decisions in life and using his full ability. Having the community excel in jobs they enjoy and love and pushing the barriers that the jobs have created is the result he is seeking.

We look forward to hearing Hurst speak at the 2017 Net Impact National Conference.
